Mondays at 7:30pm  Rainbow Recovery (in-person only) - student led meeting

Rainbow Recovery is open to all in the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies who have experienced or been affected by addiction, or who support recovery. The goal of this meeting is to create a safe space for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies to engage their recovery.

Tuesdays at 10am  Morning Meditation (hybrid) - student led meeting

Morning Meditation is a half-hour meeting that includes a daily recovery reading, five minute silent meditation, and discussion.

Tuesdays at 7:30pm  Women’s Recovery (hybrid) - student led meeting

Open to those in any or stage of recovery, as well as those considering recovery. This meeting welcomes any non-binary people, trans women, and women of all identities at any stage of recovery!

Wednesdays at 6pm  Ready to Make a Change? Harm Reduction Meeting (hybrid) - student led meeting

Student-staff facilitated peer support meeting based on principles of harm reduction. The goal of this meeting is to support students who want to make a change in their substance use, even if abstinence is not their goal.

Open to those in any type of or stage of recovery, as well as those considering recovery. This is not AA or NA or any other formal program, and discussion of all recovery pathways is welcomed.

Thursdays at 6pm  Grad/Non-Trad Student Recovery (in-person only) - grad student led meeting

This meeting is dedicated to supporting graduate and non-traditional students in their recovery. Grad/Non-Trad students may encounter different challenges than other students, and this meeting offers a space to explore their unique experience on campus. It borrows from 12 step traditions, including discussing recovery literature and weaving the 12 steps into its shares, but all recovery pathways and stages of recovery are welcome.

Community Recovery Meetings

Wednesdays at 4pm  Queer Trans Harm Reduction Meeting (zoom only) - UC Berkeley student led meeting

A peer support group for Queer and Trans undergraduate and graduate students across the UC-system in or seeking recovery, practicing harm reduction, struggling with substance use or anything in between. Potential topics include moderating use, responding to triggers, exploring alternate coping strategies, identity and substance use, navigating relationships and more. All are welcome.

Thursdays at 6:30pm  Al-Anon Friends & Family Meeting (zoom only) - community led meeting 

12-step group for loved ones of people with substance use disorders. Facilitated by members of Alanon.

Saturdays at 8pm  "Eye Of The Storm" Open 12-Step (hybrid) - community led meeting

Open to those in any type of or stage of recovery, as well as those considering recovery. This is not AA or NA or any other formal program, but discussion may center around the concept of the 12 steps.

Open, co-ed 12-step meeting with a focus on "Healing In Community." This meeting is facilitated by student members of SLAA.
