Heartfulness Meditation (weeks 2-8)

Described as an ever-evolving path of love, Heartfulness meditation can improve our day-to-day lives and help us achieve real-world balance, peace, and joy. It is a practical technique that can be used in parallel with any other approach. We invite everyone to experience the unique benefits of this meditation practice. This summer series is open to all students, faculty, and staff. Mats, cushions and seating provided.
