Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 3 tbsp. Hummus
- ΒΌ of an avocado, sliced thin
- Alfalfa sprouts (to taste)
- Fresh spinach or other leafy green (to taste)
- 1 tomato, 2-4 slices
- 1 cucumber, 4-6 thin slices
Instructions
- Bring tortillas to room temperature.
- Spread a thin layer of hummus on a tortilla.
- Layer on the veggies!
- Wrap into a burrito shape.
- Slice it in half for optimal eating experience and enjoy!
