Ingredients
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 3 tbsp. Hummus
  • ΒΌ of an avocado, sliced thin
  • Alfalfa sprouts (to taste)
  • Fresh spinach or other leafy green (to taste)
  • 1 tomato, 2-4 slices
  • 1 cucumber, 4-6 thin slices
Instructions
  1. Bring tortillas to room temperature.
  2. Spread a thin layer of hummus on a tortilla.
  3. Layer on the veggies!
  4. Wrap into a burrito shape.
  5. Slice it in half for optimal eating experience and enjoy!
