Mindfulness for Beginners (weeks 2-8)

Come learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in a supportive environment. Our guided meditations are beginner friendly and will interweave elements of mindful self-compassion with a variety of attention based practices. No experience necessary. Drop-in friendly and led by a certified facilitator.
