ALL STUDENTS WELCOME! The Rejuvenation Station is a drop-in space where students can unwind and immerse in self-care. Registration includes tea, mindful activities, and a place to relax. Sign-ups for mini-massages are first-come, first-served, in person, starting at 2:55pm each Tuesday. Connect with other students or with our friendly interns about resources and more opportunities for well-being.

Study Break: with Library & ONDAS

Friday, June 7th, 2024 at 11:00pm - 2:00pm

Take a healthy study break before finals. Stretch, color, grab snacks, and pick up free bluebooks and scantrons. Registration includes tea, mindful activities, and a place to relax. Sign-ups for mini-massages with professional massage therapists are first-come, first-served, in-person, starting 10 minutes before the event starts. In collaboration with the UCSB Library, AS PMHC and ONDAS.
