Ingredients
  • ½ cup rice
  • 1-1¼  cups water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ cup frozen vegetables
  • scallion, chopped, to serve
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, combine the rice, water, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  2. Stir, then microwave, covered, for approximately 6-8 minutes until the rice is fully cooked.
  3. Mix the frozen vegetables into the rice and cook for 1-2 minutes. 
  4. Top with scallions, and serve.
