Wondering how to use sleep to optimize your daily living? Want to practice relaxing stretches, journaling, and meditation? Come to Wind Down Wednesdays at the Health and Wellness and Women's Center in the SRB on Wednesdays from 6:00PM-7:00PM. This two-week interactive series is based on the UCSB Health and Wellness Sleep Challenge. Each week, we offer a unique workshop about navigating sleep hygiene as a student. Join us for guided stretches, health education, meditation, tea, and snacks!
