In collaboration with CAPS Mental Health Peers, AS PMHC, AS COSWB, Lean on Me, Active Minds. Animals are being used in a variety of settings to help reduce stress, anxiety and other health concerns. Petting a dog can significantly lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and stimulate memory and problem-solving skills! Take a break from studying and pet a dog--for your health!
