Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 oz can tomato paste
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. ground pepper
- ¼ tsp. thyme, fresh
- ½ tsp. oregano, dried
- 5 leaves basil, chopped fine
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup greek yogurt, plain
Instructions
- In a bowl, add garlic, tomato pasta, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano and mix until combined. Stir in fresh basil leaves. While stirring, drizzle two tablespoons of olive oil. Mix in greek yogurt.
- Serve with Italian crackers, celery, bread sticks, use as a sandwich spread or smear on a baguette.
