  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 oz can tomato paste 
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. ground pepper
  • ¼ tsp. thyme, fresh
  • ½ tsp. oregano, dried
  • 5 leaves basil, chopped fine
  • 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup greek yogurt, plain
  1. In a bowl, add garlic, tomato pasta, salt, pepper, thyme and oregano and mix until combined. Stir in fresh basil leaves. While stirring, drizzle two tablespoons of olive oil. Mix in greek yogurt.
  2. Serve with Italian crackers, celery, bread sticks, use as a sandwich spread or smear on a baguette.
