Join Health & Wellness staff in our slow-paced reading of The Four Agreements, by Don Miguel Ruiz. We will read 1 chapter a week for 7 weeks with an optional in-person meeting on the 8th week. Based on ancient Toltec wisdom, The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom offers 4 principles for personal growth. No particular experience or beliefs necessary. Just join our mellow book club for community and compassionate reflection.
