Join us for a 6-week series designed for ADHD brains and all wandering minds to explore mindfulness in a supportive space. We will start with a journaling exercise, then guide you through meditation. Our neurodiverse-friendly environment will offer practical tools to engage in meditation and mindfulness exercises in a way that works for you.
