Ever feel like you have an easy time showing up for your friends, but find it hard to show up for yourself? Though self-compassion is not often the first response for many of us during moments of personal struggle, this skill can be trained. Join us weekly for a beginner friendly exploration of Mindful Self-Compassion. We will cover research backed practices for increasing resilience and improving overall wellbeing.

Wind Down Wednesdays (weeks 4-5)

Struggling to have quality sleep or build a nighttime routine? Wondering how to use sleep to optimize your academic performance? Come to Wind-Down Wednesdays at the Health and Wellness and Women’s Center in the SRB on Wednesdays from 5:00PM-7:00PM Weeks 3-6. This four-week interactive series is based on the Health and Wellness Sleep Challenge. We offer a unique workshop about navigating sleep hygiene as a student.

Rejuvenation Station in collaboration with AS Public & Mental Health Commission (weeks 2-9)

Tuesday, April 30th, 2024 at 3:00pm - 5:00pm

ALL STUDENTS WELCOME! The Rejuvenation Station is a drop-in space where students can unwind and immerse in self-care. Registration includes tea, mindful activities, and a place to relax. Sign-ups for mini-massages are first-come, first-served, in person, starting at 2:55pm each Tuesday. Connect with other students or with our friendly interns about resources and more opportunities for well-being.
