Mindfulness for Beginners

Come learn the basics of mindfulness meditation in a supportive environment. Our guided meditations are beginner friendly and will interweave elements of mindful self-compassion with a variety of attention based practices. No experience necessary. Drop-in friendly and led by a certified facilitator.

Mindfulness for the Wandering Mind

Event Date: Monday, April 20th, 2026 at 4:00pm - 5:00pm

Join us for a 5-week series designed for ADHD brains and all wandering minds to explore mindfulness in a supportive space. We will start with a journaling exercise, then guide you through meditation. Our neurodiverse-friendly environment will offer practical tools to engage in meditation and mindfulness exercises in a way that works for you.
